HALE Communications to Help Sponsor Camp Kesem Mizzou

HALE Communications is proud to announce our sponsorship of Camp Kesem Mizzou as part of the 2012-2013 Friends of Camp Kesem giving campaign.

Camp Kesem is a nationwide, free summer camp program run by college students for children ages 6-16 whose parents have been affected by cancer. Since the first camp started at Stanford University in 2000, Camp Kesem has grown to 41 college chapters across the country. Camp Kesem provides a safe and supportive atmosphere where children meet peers who can uniquely relate to their situation and gain the strategies and confidence to cope with their parent's illness or death. At the same time, the college students themselves develop critical leadership skills as they create, manage, fundraise, and run every aspect of their local Camp Kesem chapters.
